extract files to a folder, have device manager search for driver in the folder, sub folder win9x and let it install.

I know how hard it is to find a working xp driver for this card. DONT LET WINDOWS UPDATE YOUR DRIVER IT WILL CORRUPT IT. I had to refind this driver because of it.

'Drivers is not compatable with the yamaha ymg724x-v when used in windows xp or vista.

The yamaha ymf720 is actualy a DS1 native driver.

YMG724xxx named series drivers tend to register as 16bit and are blocked by vista as not being 32bit, and lack several lines of programing in the .INF files.'
